Hybrid Battery Testing and Repair
The AEC Hybrid Plus has the right equipment for testing and analyzing hybrid batteries. You will know which battery module of your car's hybrid battery is defective or below the threshold.
At AEC Hybrid Plus we can provide you with options. If you want to repair a module that is damaged or in a condition below the threshold, we offer a new module replacement service along with battery module balancing in order to restoring the capacity of the battery pack for optimal performance.
Before you buy an used hybrid car, please use our hybrid battery testing service before buying it. You will surely know the hybrid battery condition. We provide warranty for this testing and repair service for 6 months or 10,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first.

Hybrid Battery Reconditioning
If your hybrid car is suffering from performance issues-shortened battery life, reduced acceleration, decreased MPG, reduction in driving range it may be time to have the high voltage battery rejuvenated. Capacity fade of your hybrid battery is unavoidable; however, battery recondition will restore its maximum capacity while erasing battery cell memory effect.
We recommend you to recondition your hybrid battery every 6 months or 5,000 km.
We provide warranty for this reconditioning service for 6 months or 10,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first.

Hybrid Battery Pack Refurbishment
At AEC Hybrid Plus we can provide you with options. If many of your hybrid battery modules have failed or are starting to fail, you can choose to replace all battery modules with used, good conditioned OEM battery modules. We offer you a competitive price.
We provide warranty for a battery pack refurbishment for 1 year or 20,000 kilometers,
whichever occurs first.
Hybrid Battery Pack Replacement
One of the biggest concerns for hybrid electric vehicle owners is replacing the costly high voltage battery after it has failed or is starting to fail. Dealership replacement is extremely expensive, time-consuming, and can end up costing more than the value of their car.
New batteries are always going to provide better performance than refurbished (rebuilt) batteries. We make our own hybrid batteries complete with new cells and wire harnesses for the ultimate in hybrid battery performance. We provide warranty for this battery replacement for 3 years or 100,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first.
